12 sessions, (typically 6 months) including unlimited phone and email support during the engagement.  This package includes a Hogan Assessment which provides information about an individual’s strengths, performance risks, and core values. The easy-to-understand report series gives participants the self-awareness needed to perform effectively.

24 sessions, (typically 12 months) including unlimited phone and email support.  Extend your support and growth to a full year.  This investment tier includes everything in the CATALYST engagement.
