I am an Executive and Leadership Development coach with more than 30 years of experience working for a Fortune 50 company as a Global Information Technology leader. I have led teams with more than 200 employees working across six continents and managed multi-million dollar budgets.

I have a track record for building and leading teams that are resilient in the face of change and uncertainty.

I have experienced firsthand the effects that change can bring to a team or organization. I bring this experience to supporting leaders in during times of change. I am known for supporting leaders in identifying and addressing pain points in a human-centered way to navigate hurdles and maintain a positive, highly engaged and motivated workforce while advancing business goals.

I am a Minnesota dairy farmer’s daughter. I grew up milking cows, bailing hay, picking rocks and shoveling $&!# (manure). I learned at an early age, how to work hard, get dirty and sweat.

A good friend of mine once described to me as “someone who could cut down a tree with her chainsaw in the morning, make homemade sourdough bread in the afternoon and put on heels and get on a flight to Dubai for a keynote speech with a glass of champagne in hand in the evening." THIS IS ME!

I am down to earth and deeply authentic, and I love a challenge.

I work with individuals and leaders who want to be better leaders especially during times when work is difficult, messy, and challenging.

I work with leaders who are ready to roll up their sleeves and do the work necessary to step up to the next challenge in their career and want to position themselves for success.

I've sat in every seat. As someone who has gone through and helped teams navigate several transformational changes, I've seen first-hand when it's gone wrong and when it's gone right. I've seen the mistakes. I've learned that I have a passion and a talent for seeing how the unforeseen impacts people, and what it takes to be resilient and effective.

I have been trained and certified by the largest and oldest coaching school, The Coaches Training Institute as a Certified Professional Co-Active® Coach. I am credentialed with the International Coaching Federation, the largest professional organization for coaches.
